We sell 100% raw, unprocessed human hair. Our extensions are cut directly from donors, ensuring unmatched quality, durability, and a natural appearance. We offer straight, wavy, and curly textures, as well as HD lace frontals, closures, and wigs.
2. What is raw hair?
Raw hair is completely natural and unprocessed, meaning it hasn’t been chemically treated, dyed, or steamed to create a specific texture. Each bundle comes from a single donor, ensuring consistent quality and longevity.
3. How long does raw hair last?
With proper care, our raw hair can last 2–3 years or longer. It’s a long-term investment in premium-quality extensions.
4. How do I place an order?
Browse our website, select your desired product, length, and texture, and add it to your cart. Then, proceed to checkout to complete your order.
5. Do you offer wholesale orders?
At this time, we do not offer wholesale orders. Please check back in the future for updates as we expand our services.
6. How long does shipping take?
We process orders within processing time 1-3 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S. and may take longer for international orders.

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that shipping times and customs fees vary by location.
8. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of raw hair, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at pretiluxeextensions@icloud.com.
9. How do I care for raw hair?
To keep your raw hair looking its best:
• Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.
• Allow the hair to air-dry whenever possible.
• Avoid excessive heat styling, and always use a heat protectant.
• Store the hair in a satin or silk bag when not in use.
• Deep condition regularly to maintain softness and moisture.
10. How many bundles do I need for a full look?
For a full head:
• Lengths up to 18 inches: 2-3 bundles.
• Lengths 20 inches or longer: 3-4 bundles.
If using a closure or frontal, fewer bundles may be needed.
11. Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Yes, our raw hair can be dyed or bleached to any color, including platinum blonde. We recommend having this done by a professional stylist to ensure the best results.
12. Do you customize wigs?
We do not offer wig customization services at this time. However, our HD lace wigs are ready-to-wear and come in a variety of lengths and densities to suit your preferences.
13. What makes your HD lace unique?
Our HD lace is ultra-thin, durable, and blends seamlessly with all skin tones. It provides a natural, undetectable hairline for a flawless look.
14. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.
15. How do you get different curl patterns?
To achieve the curly textures, the hair is first softened using a conditioner, then shaped into defined curls. It is then steamed at a high temperature while in a dryer to lock in the curl pattern. Despite the processing, the hair remains soft, manageable, and maintains its natural feel.
16. Do you offer colored extensions?
Yes! We offer custom-colored extensions. If you’d like a specific color, simply request it at checkout in full detail. Our raw hair is heat- and color-friendly, allowing us to customize it to your exact color preferences.
17. How do I request a custom color?
When placing your order, please include the color details and any specific instructions in the checkout notes. Our team will ensure your extensions are dyed to perfection.
18. Will there be an extra charge for custom-colored extensions?
Custom color requests may incur an additional fee due to the extra processing time required.
19. How long will it take to receive my custom-colored extensions?
Custom colors may take a little longer to process. Please allow extra time for your order, and we’ll notify you once it’s ready to ship.
20. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
